From the very beginning of existing on the tyre market the company Opony Przemysłowe is following its own concept of action directed at the implementations of customer needs. This philosophy was appreciated by the customers and within long-term cooperation they granted our company the status of the company offering very high level of the service

Our idea was based on thorough observations of needs of transport companies and on tested solutions applied in large and important companies in England. In this way due to a  combination of English tradition and our modernity we created the company which is standing out amongst other native companies with its philosophy of action directed at facilitation  of work processes of the transport companies.

Trying to meet customer expectations, we implemented the mobile service, as one of the first companies on the native market. Mobile service found great recognition among transport companies, because it saves their time and money. We are arriving at the place determined by the customer and we are operating a few vehicles at the same time.

For many companies which are selling tyres the mobile service became an encouraging novelty in their offer. However we as precursors of this method of customer service can guarantee the high quality of service based on several years of experience.

Moreover we developed our own innovative system of total customer service. Our sales representative isn't a typical sales person, but a professional technical advisor. Our system of monitorings and analyses, implemented in many companies, facilitated and systematized tyre management on vehicles and casing management after dismounting of the vehicles. According to the  Owners of companies and their managers our long-term consulting resulted in significant savings for their companies. For administrators of transport companies a fact that we perform our services at their location is also a meaningful element which enables the permanent quality check of the performed work and allows them to get acquainted with tools and materials of the highest quality, which we are exploiting in the routine work.

In spite of big appreciating of our services by transport companies we didn't stop developing and, trying to meet customer expectations, in 2011 we concluded the prestigious franchise agreement with Bridgestone Europe company in the area of tyre retreading  featuring the latest Bandag retread technology. It is a new step in our development which enabled even more comprehensive customer service: starting from the proper choice of  new tyre, providing a professional and high quality of service, through producing and selection of the best retread tyre available on the market. All these elements connected with our system of service, monitoring, analyses and reporting enables us taking care of customer needs on the highest level of professionalism.
